What is the Madrasah Entrance Test (M.E.T) in Singapore?
The Madrasah Entrance Test (M.E.T.) is an admission assessment for children who wish to enter Primary One (P1) in a full-time Madrasah in Singapore. It is conducted to ensure that a child is school-ready, independent, and prepared for the academic and Islamic learning environment.
The test does not compare children to mainstream MOE standards. Instead, it checks if the child has foundational skills suitable for the Madrasah curriculum.

When is the Test Usually Held?
The admission process typically takes place throughout the K2 year.
Registration: Feb/March | Madrasah Entrance Test: April/May
